Bobbi gel eyeliner

Yeepee!
Bought another make-up item from KL.
(thanks Liaw for the help!) =D

It's a gel eyeliner from Bobbi.
Been applying (my sis's) Bobbi's gel eyeliner for the first time on this
Chinese new year and it was a total thumbs up for me!



I bought Granite Ink. (RM 80.00)



A very dark grey brown color.



Applying only the gel eyeliner on my eyes



by using Kate's gel eyeliner brush...



and I get......



Tadaaaa~! not bad huh? =D



feedback:

- long lasting

- won't smudge easily

- water proof


-The reason of this gel for not easily smudge on my eyes is probably because of the way i apply. As you can see above, the drawn eyeliner did not actually touch my "folded" eyelids.

-People with double eyelids usually gets their eyeliners or eyeshadow clogged inside the folded area of their eyelids. This is normally because of the stucked oils inside folded eyelids that matters.

-Try not to draw too thick but if you insist of having a thick dramatic look / you're having a very oily hidden double eye lids, i might recommend an eye base primer before you apply anything else, in order to make the cosmetics stays longer on your eyes. =]


-p.s. Waterproof eyeliners sometimes won't work on oily eyelids because it's

says "water"proof . Get it? HA!

老少平安

今年除夕我妈叫我做一道豆腐和coconut agar-agar料理到婆婆家去。
就在书上找到了一项‘老少平安 Deep-fried tofu’ 要让我做。
嘻嘻,那我就在此展现一下我的厨艺吧!
p.s.我只把老少平安的过程拍了下来。=)

首先,得准备150克肉碎。(个人用的是鸡肉)


四块冬菇,浸软。(因为爱吃冬菇所以就放多点。)

把冬菇切碎。


3块豆腐,搅碎



3粒蛋


打散。


再加入鸡精粉,盐,和胡椒粉。



再把它们给搅拌均匀

蒸个20分钟。



(20分钟后)


把豆腐切成方块再沾入已加了水的tempura粉里。




再拿去炸。

这样就完成啦!不错吧?哈哈
味道也不赖,给自己一个70分好了。=D

材料A:
1 小匙鸡精粉
少许胡椒粉及盐
3 快豆腐,搅碎
150gm 肉碎
4 朵冬菇,软,切碎
3 粒鸡蛋,打散,1 大汤匙葱片

材料B:
1 杯酥炸粉加水拌成面糊,5 杯油

做法
1. 将材料A 充分搅拌均匀,倒入一个已抹上油的8 寸放形蒸盘上,蒸20 分钟或至熟。
取出待冷后切成方块。
2. 烧热炸油,将材料A 沾上材料B ,放入油中炸至金黄,取出沥干油份。
3. 排在碟上,用生菜,橙子,辣椒,芫茜装饰。配上辣椒酱便可食用。

Ingredient A
1 tsp chicken stock granules
dash of pepper and salt
3 pcs tofu, mashed
150g minced meat
4 black mushrooms, soaked, chopped
3 eggs, beaten, 1 tbsp fried shallot

Ingredient B
1 cup tempura flour, mixed with water to form batter, 5 cups oil, for deep-frying

Method
1. Mix all ingredients A and put onto a greased 8" square tray. Steam for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove, leave to cool and cut into cubes.
2. Heat up oil, coat tofu mixture with B and deep-fry until golden brown. Dish and drain.
3. Arrange on a serving platter and serve with chili sauce.
